We are looking for keen Bristol homebrewers who want to learn more about the industry and take their ideas to the next level.

You invent the beer. You brew the beer. Bristol enjoys it.

INVENT A RECIPE:
We are looking for enthusiastic and creative Bristolians with at least a basic level of homebrew skills. With the form below you can submit a recipe. We will review all recipes and interview our favourite entrants by video call.

BREW YOUR CREATION:
The finalists will join us for a day, to brew their recipe on our professional 3 vessel 1BBl (~120L) kit into one of our coveted Ss Brewtech unitank fermenters.

Once the beer is in tank you will need to pop in for any checks and additions you want to make throughout fermentation. We will help you with carbonation and kegging (providing both), as well as branding your beer with its very own professional design.

ENJOY IT SERVED:
A spot will be reserved in the brewery taproom for the runner-ups (the brewer will get some tokens), whilst the grand prize winner will have their beer pouring at our good friends Brewdog Bristol, where their creation will be showcased for all to enjoy.

This is a chance to brew your recipe on a larger scale, but also an opportunity to get real insight into the processes involved in micro-level beer production. We can’t wait to meet some of Bristol’s upcoming brewing talent and share whatever small wisdom we’ve accumulated in bringing your ideas to life!
